Tuition Refund Policy

In the case of students who completely withdraw from all course work or reduce their number of credit hours, tuition is refunded according to the schedule below. Calendar week is defined as Sunday to Saturday.

Fall or Spring Semester (enrollment period 16 weeks)

During the first calendar week of the semester

During the second calendar week

During the third and fourth calendar week

After the fourth calendar week

Because there are many alternate calendars among the academic programs, it is the student's responsibility to contact the Business Office at 419-434-4690 or for dates and refund percentages not specifically listed within the Tuition Refund Policy.

It is the student’s responsibility to contact his/her adviser or the Office of the Registrar and officially drop the classes before the start of the session in order to receive a 100 percent refund. Students who completely withdraw from all course work must follow current withdrawal procedures. Failure to attend class(es) does not constitute an official drop or withdrawal. Once the session has started, the student is only eligible for a maximum of 99 percent refund of tuition. Fees are non-refundable. Students should always retain a copy of all transactions related to adding or withdrawing from classes.
