SCON 220 Foundations of Personal Training

This course is designed to establish a foundation of the principles and guidelines for personal training. The aim is to apply the principles of functional anatomy and basic exercise science to the general populations, wherein the students will learn the basis for safe assessment, program design, motivation, education, and legal parameters of the personal training industry.
